After the horrific events of October 7 2023, I spent a week in Lebanon as tensions escalated. With Lebanon and Israel flirting with war, I spent the week sharing my work on crisis management and supporting people on the ground. Throughout it all, I was able to maintain my sense of equilibrium. In this video, I share what helped me (and what didn't) as I responded to the deterioration of the environment around me.
